The on-site logistics transmission system includes the storage of goods in the stereoscopic warehouse and on-site handling, transmission, barcode recognition, color sorting, weighing, etc. In combination with the needs of engineering practice, the paper first proposed a system model of network control. On this basis, based on the specific functional requirements of complex on-site operations, a practical network construction system was proposed. The lower layer is composed of S7-300 and S7-200 to form a Profibus network to achieve reliable and accurate operation of on-site equipment; the upper layer is composed of PC and S7-300 to form an MPI network to achieve dynamic management of goods inventory and warehouse transfer. This can not only ensure the orderly operation and reliable positioning of goods, but also provide convenience for operators to directly monitor the on-site goods transmission situation.
