Abstract: By introducing the design of the common status viewer in PLC host computer software, taking MODBUS protocol as an example, this paper analyzes the problems that may be encountered in the development process of a unified and extensible PLC host computer development platform, discusses a feasible design idea of host computer universal components, and proposes a feasible solution. Make full use of the advantages of modern development language platforms such as .net and object-oriented design ideas to achieve the configurability, reusability, extensibility, low coupling and universality of the host computer platform.
