The STOP instruction can cause the CPU mode to change from RUN to STOP, thereby terminating the execution of the program immediately. Operand: None. If the STOP instruction is executed in an interrupt program, the interrupt is terminated immediately and all pending interrupts are ignored. The remaining part of the program is scanned and the CPU changes from RUN to STOP at the end of this scan.
