Adaptive Control of Airborne Antenna Servo Mechanism Based on LS-SVM

Aiming at the problem that the external force on the airborne antenna servo mechanism is fast-varying and has a large range of variation, and the nonlinear characteristics such as self-friction cannot be ignored, an adaptive control design method based on least squares support vector machine (LS-SVM) is proposed. This method regards nonlinear characteristics such as friction as unknown items, and uses LS-SVM to estimate the nonlinear unknown items of the controlled object online, so as to design the learning rule of LS-SVM. The system operation results show that this method can well solve the system stability problem in the whole range, and can track any smooth input signal online, while compensating for nonlinear characteristics such as friction, and improving the dynamic quality and static characteristics of the system.
