In the 125MW power generation unit, the regulation of the outlet temperature and inlet negative pressure of the coal mill is a very important control system (its number accounts for 25% of the unit). Since the original DDZ-II control instrument is difficult to adjust the coupling of wind temperature and wind pressure, the equipment cannot be fully put into automatic operation (the input rate is 45%-50%). By transforming the automatic control system of the coal mill equipment, the previous linear analog control is transformed into a position control controlled by a computer. In the modified control system, the regulated quantities are controlled by their respective adjustment functions, thereby improving the automatic input rate; at the same time, it provides a reliable guarantee for the safe operation of the coal mill, and controls the outlet temperature and inlet negative pressure parameters of the coal mill in the optimal operating state, which greatly improves the economic benefits of the unit operation.
