Can you help me check if this UL certificate is for an aluminum substrate? [Copy link]

The company is making a product that requires the PCB board to pass UL certification. We have found many PCB manufacturers, but all of them have FR-4 boards that have passed UL certification, but aluminum substrates have not. Finally, we found one that said aluminum substrates have passed UL certification. I don't know much about UL certification, so I hope someone who knows can help me see if it is the UL certificate for aluminum substrates. If the picture is not clear, you can look at the attachment

Also note: the certification of the substrate does not mean that the finished PCB can pass. It depends on whether you require the substrate to pass or the finished product to pass. If you only have requirements for the substrate, the certification certificate has nothing to do with the PCB manufacturer, and it is useless for you to find a PCB manufacturer. It should be specified that a certain model of board must be produced by a substrate manufacturer, and the substrate must pass the certification.   Details Published on 2020-7-6 12:30

Even if there is a certification certificate, it is not necessarily true. The requirements are high. Find a large manufacturer to make the board, don't try to save money. At the same time, the contract must specify the requirements for certification and the compensation clauses when there are problems with the certification.
