At present, the water content of crude oil in oil fields is gradually increasing, and conventional dehydration methods can no longer meet the requirements. In view of the various advantages of high-voltage DC pulse dehydration and the current situation of the difficulty in developing high-voltage pulse power supplies, this paper proposes a method for generating high-frequency and high-voltage pulses based on pulse synchronous superposition. The principle of pulse synchronous superposition is introduced in detail, the circuit structure of high-voltage pulse formation is given, and an improved PI controller is used for control and its system block diagram is established. Finally, the feasibility of power supply implementation is verified through simulation analysis.
