Abstract: Based on the process classification, a process model is established to enhance process automation and dynamic management. The paper conducts an in-depth study on the dynamic control of the process and provides a process control method based on roles and rules. The model built in the paper has been applied in a prototype system implemented using object-oriented technology. With the acceleration of the pace of informatization, enterprises are gradually moving towards a global integrated information environment. Under the guiding principle of \"informatization drives industrialization\", Chinese enterprises must increase the intensity of the informatization process. Under the modern development model centered on production efficiency and customer service, traditional enterprises must inevitably build a comprehensive information environment that not only meets the basic needs of e-commerce development, but also enables electronic collaborative development. Through the correct and secure flow of information, dynamic enterprise alliances can be quickly built, enabling enterprises to transition from the traditional \"olive-type\" model to the \"dumbbell-type\" model, truly improving the competitiveness of enterprises.
