The entire gas purification process of Jigang Coking Plant can be divided into condensation and blast, desulfurization, ammonium sulfate, final cooling and washing benzene, crude benzene distillation and other stages according to the process. The process flow is shown in Figure 1. 1.1 System Structure The automatic control system of the condensation and blast process of the coking plant is divided into two parts: basic automation and process automation. The basic automation part adopts ABB\'s Freelance 2000 control station, and the process automation part consists of 3 PIII industrial control computers to form the upper computer and man-machine interface (MMI) system, of which 1 is an engineer station and 2 are operator stations. The system hardware configuration is shown in Figure 2. 1.2 Network Configuration There are two industrial standard networks in the Freelance 2000 system: DigiNetS and DigiNet P. The DigiNet S network system is responsible for the communication between the process and operation layers. It transmits data via 10M baud Ethernet with TCP/IP protocol. The communication medium uses 10Base5 thick coaxial cable. The host computer and control station are connected to the network through Ethernet transceivers. AUI cables are used to connect nodes and transceivers. DigiNet P is the process station bus, also known as CAN bus, which is used for data communication between process station I/O units. The address allocation of each node is shown in Table 1. The network configuration is shown in Figure 3.
