In order to ensure the driving safety of my country\'s railway passenger trains, the new KAX-1 passenger train driving safety monitoring and diagnosis system is installed on all trains. The hardware composition and characteristics of the system\'s three hardware subsystems, namely, on-board safety monitoring and diagnosis, wireless communication, and ground data management and experts, are analyzed and studied, and the basic principles of the train basic braking device, bogie, and anti-skid device of the detection system are analyzed and studied in detail. The entire system adopts relatively advanced and mature technologies, applies software and hardware reliability design, and the sensors of functional-level monitoring nodes are calibration-free and maintenance-free. The data archiving, query, diagnosis, and networking functions of the ground database and expert system provide a vehicle application and management department with an information technology platform for vehicle application management and dynamic quality control. After the system was put into use, the driving safety of railway passenger trains was greatly improved, and the accuracy rate of fault judgment was above 95%. It has great development prospects in my country\'s railway driving safety and is vigorously promoted. Abstract: In order to ensure the safety of China\'s railway passenger train traffic, all of China\'s new railway passenger trains loaded used the KAX-1 passenger train traffic safety monitoring and diagnosis system, hardware composition and characteristic of paper-board safety monitoring system diagnosis, wireless communications and ground-based data management and experts was analyzed and researched, and the train detection system foundation brakes, bogies, the basic principles of anti-skid device were carried out a detailed analysis and research; the whole system used a more advanced and mature technology, and applied software and hardware reliability design, function-level monitor calibration-free sensor nodes were in maintenance-free; ground-expert system database and data archiving, query, diagnostics, networking capabilities provides a vehicle application management, dynamic quality of the control of information technology platform for the vehicle application and management department; after the system put into use, it greatly increased the safety of rail passenger train traffic, the correct rate of judging failure is over 95%, it has great development prospects in the aspect of train traffic safety, it is widely popularized to use.
