Using SOPC Builder, you can integrate the NIOS II CPU, Avalon bus, peripheral devices and memory interfaces, on-chip debugging modules, etc. together in a very short time to generate the NIOS II processor required by the system, and then use Quartus II design software to combine the NIOS II processor and GPS interface, GSM interface and other external device interfaces together and compile and download them to the FPGA chip to complete the hardware design of the system; software design is usually written in C/C++ language and compiled and downloaded to the FPGA using NIOS II IDE.
