Abstract: In the past, people often used traditional instruments to test the system. The test work was cumbersome and the technology update was difficult. Virtual instruments based on PCs can program the test process, adjust the test content and test algorithm, and have the advantages of remote and intelligent testing, and have been rapidly developed. The data acquisition system is an important part of the virtual instrument, and its performance affects the overall performance of the instrument. This article introduces a data acquisition card developed using DSP+FPGA structure and applied to the multi-channel radar receiver test system, and elaborates on the hardware structure and implementation process of the card. In the actual operation process, the whole system runs well.
