Abstract: This paper studies the scheme of realizing dual-machine network data acquisition and transmission based on S304510B uClinux. The paper adopts a reasonable task allocation strategy to ensure the real-time requirements of the system and control the network data transmission rate within the application requirements. It analyzes the relevant key technologies such as Ethernet transmission and HPI, as well as the good results achieved by applying this technology to the networked machine tool equipment detection system. This paper provides a practical application solution for networked data acquisition and transmission, and expands the application field of ARM and uClinux.
