Abstract: This paper introduces the design and implementation of remote monitoring based on CC-Link open fieldbus. Servo motors, frequency converters and digital analog converters are used as CC-Link remote equipment stations. The communication mechanism combining fieldbus and Ethernet module is adopted to transmit field data to the monitoring computer for analysis and management. The status and data transmission of PLC and remote equipment are remotely monitored, which improves the reliability, maintainability and effectiveness of data transmission. As an open fieldbus, CC-Link is a network based on the device layer, and can also cover the higher level control layer and the lower level sensor layer. The entire CC-Link network can be composed of 1 master station and 64 slave stations. Distributed modules such as FO modules, intelligent function modules and special function modules are connected with CC-Link special cables and controlled by the CPU of PLC. By distributing and installing each module on various machines and equipment, the wiring efficiency of the entire system can be improved, and the switch data of input/output and digital data processed by the module can be sent and received at high speed. It is also possible to connect multiple PLC CPUs to configure a simple distributed system, and the various different requirements of users can be met through the solutions provided.
