The Microchip SAME70Q21 device is a member of a family of flash microcontrollers based on the high-performance 32-bit ARM Cortex-M7 processor with floating point unit (FPU). The devices operate at frequencies up to 300 MHz and feature up to 2048 Kb of Flash, up to 384 Kb of multiport SRAM, and configurable instruction and data tightly coupled memory to take advantage of the core's advanced DSP capabilities. The SAME70Q21 features multiple network/connectivity peripherals, including a CAN-FD interface and a 1O/100Mbps Ethernet MAC, and has specific hardware support for Audio Video Bridging (AVB).
