ATSAME70Q19B-AN Overview

The Microchip SAME70Q19 device is a member of a family of flash microcontrollers based on the high-performance 32-bit ARM Cortex-M7 processor with floating point unit (FPU). These devices operate at frequencies up to 300MHz and feature up to 512 KB of Flash, up to 256 KB of multiport SRAM and configurable instruction and data tightly coupled memory to take full advantage of the core's advanced DSP capabilities. The SAME70Q19 features multiple network/connectivity peripherals, including a CAN-FD interface and a 1O/100Mbps Ethernet MAC, with specific hardware support for Audio Video Bridging (AVB). ARM® Cortex®-M7, running at up to 300MHz 16 KB ICache, 16 KB DCache error code correction single and double precision HW floating point unit memory protection unit, 16-zone DSP instructions, Thumb®-2 instruction set embedded trace module, Instruction trace flow, including trace port interface unit
