the transfer switch SA to the 1 position, the thyristor V does not work, the DC excitation generator quickly builds voltage
under the action of residual magnetism , and provides excitation current to the GS excitation winding BQ of the synchronous generator . The GS terminal voltage also builds up quickly. At this time, quickly turn SA to the 2 position, the thyristor V circuit is connected, the excitation power is supplied by the transformer T, and the generator output voltage is automatically stabilized through the CJ-12 regulator .
