It is controlled by TWH8778 power switch integrated circuit. It can realize three protection functions : under voltage, over voltage
and power failure delay start .
Adjust potentiometers RPi and RP2. The upper and lower limit setting values can be changed. Resistor R4 and capacitor C2 form a power failure delay
start circuit.
