Simple and convenient remote control receiver dual purpose detector

This detector is small and easy to carry. The circuit is shown in the left figure below. When Kla and Klb are set to "1", the built-in infrared receiver is powered on and can be used to detect various remote controls; when set to "2", the circuit is connected to the external socket, and the receiver can be inserted to test its quality. After the power is turned on, if the output end of the receiver is high, the base of BG (PNP tube) is also high, and the BG tube is not turned on. When the receiver receives the coded signal sent by the remote control, the potential of the output end decreases, the BG tube is turned on, the speaker Y makes a "beep" sound, and the light-emitting tube LED1 lights up and flashes synchronously. Because Y has a low impedance, it is connected to the emitter circuit and can be used as a sound-generating device, and also plays a current-limiting role for the light-emitting diode LED1.
The receiving head can be any integrated micro head. The model I used is RPM-676CBR-S. ZD uses a 5~5.5V voltage regulator diode. Two micro LEDs and two IN4148s connected in series (as shown in the right figure below) can also be equivalent to ZD (the voltage regulator value is about 5.4V). Kl is a double-throw switch with self-locking function. The infrared receiving head socket can be cut open with an IC socket for use.
This circuit has fewer components and does not require a printed circuit board, so it can be directly soldered. When I used a normal remote control to transmit from 10m away, this receiver could hear the sound and see the flash.
