One of the battery charge status indication circuits

In order to monitor the working status of the charger, a charging status indicator can be set in the charger circuit.
The circuit is shown in the figure. When charging, the transistor VT is on and the light-emitting diode VL is on; when the battery is full,
VT is off and VL is off.
