120kV. A CNC hanging or foot-operated spot welding machine circuit. It includes main circuit , DC power supply circuit,
program-controlled circuit, single-junction transistor relaxation oscillator and thyristor pulse amplification link.
    The program-controlled circuit includes parts I, II, and III in the figure. Among them, II is the delay program-controlled part, which is composed of NOT gate circuit D and so on. The I and II parts of
    the program-controlled circuit adopt the wiring of transistor delay conduction to obtain the adjustable pre-pressure time of the weldment and
the maintenance time after welding. By adjusting the potentiometers RPi and RP3, a delay of zero to several seconds can be obtained to ensure process needs. The capacitor C6 in the maintenance
link ensures that relay KA5 has enough time to disconnect the power supply.
    By adjusting the potentiometer RR, the conduction angles of the thyristors Vi and V2 can be adjusted, that is, the welding current can be adjusted.
