Inverter circuit in a typical LCD display (OZ965)
Shown is the inverter circuit in a typical LCD display
. This circuit is mainly composed of control chip 02965, driving field effect
transistor U2, step-up transformer , backlight socket and related circuit parts.
The 5v DC voltage provides DC voltage to the @ pin of the control chip UI (02965) after passing through the plug-in Jl; at the same time,
after passing through the filter cell C2, it supplies power to the driving field effect transistor Ul and the boost transformer; the startup control signal (ENA) passes through the plug-in Jl It is sent to the @ pin of the control chip. After
the inverter circuit is started, two PWM pulse signals with opposite phases are output by the @ pin and @ pin of Ul. They are amplified by the driving field effect transistor Ul and sent
to the step-up transformer . The voltage transformer increases the pulse voltage to about 800V, and supplies power to the backlight tube through the backlight socket.
