Design and principle analysis of practical electric curtain remote control device

I once bought a remote control electric curtain. The original control part used infrared remote control, which had a limited remote control range and was inconvenient to use. For this reason, I modified it and replaced the original control part with wireless remote control. The effect was very good. The following introduces the circuit principle of the electric curtain for readers' reference.

How it works

The transmitting/receiving part of the device uses T966/T988 multi-channel wireless transceiver module. The transmitting part uses the finished product of T966 two-button transmitter, and the working principle of the receiving part is shown in Figure 1 ().
Practical electric curtain remote control device
When the power is turned on, IC3 is reset, Q (pin ①) and Q (pin 11) output low level, T1 and T2 are cut off, J1 and J2 are not attracted, motor M does not work, and the curtain stops moving. Press the remote control transmitting key C, then the C end of IC1 outputs high level, VD1 is cut off, and the high level output from the Io end is shaped by IC2A and IC2B and sent to the CK (pin ③) end of IC3A, so that Q (pin ①) flips to output high level, T1 is turned on, J1 is attracted, the motor rotates forward, and the curtain closes. If the transmitting key C is pressed again, Q (pin ①) flips to output low level again, J1 is released, and the curtain stops moving. If the transmitting key D is pressed during the process of the motor rotating forward and closing the curtain, VD2 is also cut off, and the high level output from the Io terminal is shaped by IC2C and IC2D and sent to the CK (pin 11) terminal of IC3B, and the R terminal of IC3A is made high through VD3, IC3A is forced to reset, and J1 is released. At the same time, Q (pin 13) flips to output high level, T2 is turned on, J2 is attracted, the motor reverses, and the curtain opens. Similarly, press the D key again, Q (pin 11) flips to output low level again, and the curtain stops moving. In this way, the curtain can be opened, closed, and stopped at will by two keys, which is very convenient.
