Feedback dielectric oscillator and equivalent circuit

Shown is a feedback dielectric oscillator and equivalent circuit . It is best to use a source output configuration for single power supply. This is due to its low output
impedance and stray capacitance having less impact on the oscillator. From the low impedance of the source to the 50 0 load impedance , a gradient transmission line can be used to transition.
The drain is generally connected to a 1/4 wavelength open line to achieve good grounding of the drain and strong coupling with the dielectric resonator.
