It is a practical circuit of C- MOS inverter (CD4069 or TC74049) and the circuit structure of each inverter. Its working principle
is the same as that of rrL circuit. When terminal A inputs a high level , the N-channel field effect transistor V TI is turned on. The P-channel field effect transistor VT2 is cut off, and the output
terminal A is low level. When terminal A inputs a low level, the working state of the circuit changes, VI2 is turned on, V TI is turned off, and the output terminal A becomes high level
