Shown is a transistor oscillator circuit for a low-power transmitter . It is composed of carrier oscillator VT1, modulation amplifier VT2 and power supply circuit. vri is a carrier oscillation transistor. Its base circuit is connected to an LC parallel resonant circuit. Fine-tuning CT can change the frequency of the carrier signal. The oscillation signal is output from the emitter of VT1 and sent to the base of the modulation amplification transistor VT2 through the coupling capacitor. The modulation signal is also added to the base of the modulation amplification transistor VT2 via a capacitor (4.7 yF), a resistor (4.7 kfl) and a coupling capacitor (100 pF) . The carrier signal and modulation signal are amplitude modulated (AM) in VT2, and then output by the collector, and the signal is emitted from the antenna.
