The control circuit principle of the speed printing machine is shown in the figure. The machine is driven by a 200V 50W DC parallel motor
. The power supply directly adopts AC 220V and is rectified into DC by VD1~VD4 bridge type
. By adjusting the conduction angle of the thyristor vs-,
the DC pulsating current of the M rotor of the motor A is controlled,
thereby adjusting the motor speed to control the brush speed. G. , RP,
VD7 and the motor rotor winding are the charging circuit. Adjusting
the resistance of RP can change the charging time constant, and with the trigger diode
VD9, the conduction angle of vs can be changed. VD5, VD6,
VD7, and VD8 are circuit component protection diodes to prevent damage to other components due to
motor rotor brush sparks and self-induction voltage when the stator coil is powered off . In the circuit , VS can use 3A:SOOV unidirectional thyristor, and IN4007 is used for rectifier and protection diodes. Cl uses o. 】5pF/ 60V capacitor, use 0.33yF/400V capacitor for Cz, take 1.5k for Ri and R2. RP uses a 100k switch potentiometer, and VD9 uses a bidirectional trigger diode, about 20V.
