nRF903 is a transceiver chip that can be easily embedded in various measurement and control systems. It only needs an external crystal and several resistors, capacitors and inductors to form a complete RF transceiver. nRF903 is widely used in instrumentation data acquisition systems, wireless meter reading systems, wireless data communication systems, computer telemetry/remote control systems and wireless mobile phones.
The main technical features are as follows:
・Works in the internationally used ISM frequency band of 433/868/915 MHz;
・Data transmission rate can reach 76.8 Kb/s;
・gmsk/GFSK modulation and demodulation methods;
・Adopt DDS PLL frequency synthesis technology, with good frequency stability;
・Sensitivity up to -100 dBm;
・Maximum transmit power up to 10 dBm;
・With 170 channels, it is suitable for special occasions that require multi-channel operation;
・Can be directly interfaced with microcontrollers;
・Power supply voltage is 2.7 to 3.6 V;
・Power supply current: 18.5~22.5 mA in receive mode, 31.5~41 mA in transmit mode, 200μA in standby mode, and only 1μA in low power mode.
