MCl3175/MCl3176 FM/AM 928～902 MHz/470～260 MHz Transmitter

MCl3175/13176 is a monolithic transmitter chip designed for FM/AM communication systems, compliant with FCC Title47: Part 15. MCl3175/13176 can also be used as the oscillator source of the local oscillator in UHF and 900 MHz receivers, UHF and 900 MHz video transmitters, RF local area networks (LANs) and high-frequency clock drivers. 

The main technical features are as follows: 

・Use the third harmonic or fundamental crystal as the reference; 

・Operating in the 260～470 MHz and 902～928 MHz frequency bands; 

・The output frequency of MCl3175 is f=8×fref, the output frequency of MCl3176 is f=32×fref 

・ASK/OOK modulation; 

・Power supply current (transmit mode) is 34 mA, low power mode current is 0.5 uA; 

・Adjustable power output (up to 10 dBm); 

・The power output is differential, and can be output using a loop antenna or balanced or unbalanced transformers.
