NRF902 is a single-chip transmitter chip that complies with the European ETSI-ETS 300 220 specification and the North American (FCC) standard CFR47 Chapter 15 requirements. It is suitable for use in alarms, automatic meter reading, keyless entry, home automation, remote control and wireless digital communication systems.
The main technical features are as follows:
・The operating frequency is 862~870 MHz ISM band;
・The maximum data transmission rate is 50 Kb/s;
・Power supply voltage 2.4~3.5V;
・The maximum output power is 10 dBm (at 400Ω, 3 V). The output power and frequency deviation can be set by external resistors.
・Current consumption is 9 mA at 10 dBm output power; 200 μA in clock mode, less than 10 nA in low power mode
・Provide reference clock output to the microprocessor.
