TR5100 FM 150～15 MHz transceiver

TR5100 is a full-duplex transceiver chip suitable for applications in single/two-way walkie-talkies, hands-free devices, and elderly/child monitors. 

The main technical features are as follows: 

・Works in the 15～150 MHz frequency band; 

・Operating voltage is 2.7～3.3 V;

・Receiver sensitivity is -100 dBm; 

・Transmit output power is -20 dBm;

・Receive IF frequency is 455 kHz; 

・The transmit modulation frequency deviation is 3 to 5 kHz; 

・Operating temperature: -10～60℃.
