 AD524J type thermocouple cold junction compensation temperature measurement circuit is shown in Figure 1-20. This circuit consists of J-type thermocouple detection,
reference voltage source AD580, integrated temperature sensor AD590 and precision instrument amplifier AD524. AD590 compensates the cold
junction. When the temperature of the cold junction changes, AD590 outputs a current at lVA/K. This current The voltage formed at pin ② of AD524
is superimposed with vI to change the output of the amplifier. The AD580 provides a 2.SV reference voltage.
    AD 524 is a high-speed (output conversion rate is 5V/ms) operational amplifier with low drift (voltage drift 0.5mV, maximum temperature drift 25 mV/oC) and good linearity (when the gain is l,
the linearity is 0,003%) .
