TX4915 is a monolithic AM/ASK (amplitude offset keying) transmitter integrated circuit that integrates a voltage controlled oscillator (VCO), phase detector, and frequency division selector. And the reference oscillator transistor, as long as an external crystal is connected to form a phase-locked loop (PLL). The operating voltage is 2.2~5.5V, the operating current is 12mA, there is a power saving mode, and the operating frequency is 100~960MHz. It is used in conjunction with RX3310A.
