Today we introduce a diesel engine thyristor voltage regulation circuit diagram. It uses JFT201A voltage regulator. When starting the diesel engine, the key switch SA connects contacts 1 and 2, press the start button SB, the main contact of the electromagnetic switch closes, and the motor M starts to run, driving the diesel generator GS to start. When the machine terminal voltage reaches the rated value, the voltage regulator tube VS breaks down, the transistor VTi is turned on, VT2 is cut off, and the excitation is interrupted, so the generator terminal voltage drops. When it drops to the specified value, VS no longer breaks down, VTi is cut off, VTz is turned on, supplying excitation, and the output voltage increases again. Repeat the above process to maintain the generator output voltage within the specified value range. Adjusting the potential RP can change the output voltage setting value of the generator.
