The picture shows a stabilized multi-voltage rectifier circuit with adjustable output voltage. If the output voltage is taken from FB on the circuit, an odd multiple of the peak voltage can be obtained. If it is taken from the lower CB point, an even multiple of the peak voltage can be obtained. e2 is the secondary voltage of the power transformer, which can also be 220V mains power.
