Shown in the figure is an 1880MHz internal collector bias amplifier application circuit composed of RF2324. The radio frequency signal (RF) is input through pin 3, and is output through pin 7 after being amplified by the preamplifier and final power amplifier. Pin 3 is directly coupled to the internal amplifier, so a 10pF DC coupling capacitor is added, and the matching impedance is 50Ω when operating at 1880MHz. Pin 7 is the output end of the open collector, which can be connected to the power supply Vcc through a choke or matching inductor. The typical matching impedance of this pin is 50Ω. An external output matching network is connected to match the amplifier output impedance to obtain maximum output power and efficiency. . Pin 1 is the power reduction control terminal. When VPD=2.8V±0.1V (typical IPD value is 8.5mA) the circuit works; when VPD<0.9V the circuit turns off. VPD requires an additional RF bypass circuit.
