Circuit working principle: The internal circuit of NE555 includes two comparators , an RS
flip-flop, and a discharge transistor. The reference voltages of the two comparators are obtained by dividing the power supply voltage equally with three 5 kfl
resistors, which are 1/3 Vcc and 2/3 Vcc respectively. When the power is just turned on
, the voltage on capacitor C3 is zero, the power supply voltage vcc charges C3 through P1,
VD3 (at this time VD2 is reversely cut off), and the voltage on C gradually rises.
When the voltage on c is less than 1/3 Vcc, the level
of the reverse input terminal of NE555's pin 6 is also less than 1/3 Vcc, and its pin 3 outputs high level. Both ends of the relay are high level , and
the relay does not Suction, the fan does not turn.
