Typical application wiring diagram and recommended parameters: Figure 12-L4 shows the typical application wiring diagram
of TH103 , and its recommended parameters are shown in the figure. Among them, 1. P
is a pulse transformer, and its turns ratio can be selected from 3-2 or Z:l. The +15V and }24V power supplies come from
the DC power supply of the user system, which can generally be a DC rectifier power supply or switching power supply .
The three-phase synchronization voltages are all selected from the secondary side of the three-phase synchronous transformer. The diodes and resistors and capacitors connected to
the secondary side of the pulse transformer are used to complete the shaping of the output pulse and ensure that the voltage at the cathode of the triggered thyristor gate
is reduced . The impedance between them makes triggering reliable and prevents false triggering
caused by interference in the system .
