SHM 1150Ⅱ is a high-power hybrid integrated circuit. Figure 2-107 is its internal circuit principle. As can be seen from the figure, this circuit is a DC power amplifier circuit
with differential input, full DC coupling, and FET push-pull output. Due to the use of field effect tube output
circuit , the output sound quality has the characteristics of a tube amplifier and has excellent performance.
    Yizhuo 1 150Ⅱ is a single-in-line 10-pin package. It has the following characteristics: large output power 150w × response width
    ~ 2: 10
ratio (DC) - 380kH; distortion less than 0.01%; wide voltage adaptability range ±12V ~±50v; without any external
components, it can work normally without debugging; because the final stage is controlled by field effect , the sound quality is excellent.
