In the figure, SBz is the start button, SBz is the stop button, and SB3 is the inching button. The normal stopping braking time
is determined by the time relay KTi (3-4s, adjustable). During inching control, if the interval between two inching movements is less than the setting
time of KTz (2~3s, adjustable), its delayed opening normally closed contact will not open. At this time, pressing SB3 is inching. Release Opening SB3 is
braking; if the interval between two inching operations is greater than the setting time of KT2, or the inching positioning is completed, the KTz normally closed contact
will be disconnected at regular intervals, and the relays KAz and KA3 will lose power and release one after another, and the KA3 normally open contact will Disconnected, contactor KM2 is de-energized and released, and
the braking process ends.
