2000 W power inverter circuit diagram [Copy link]

        Inverters can be used in many electronic devices, so here is a 2000-watt inverter-related circuit DIYed by a foreign electronics enthusiast for everyone to learn. The front DC-DC power supply circuit board adopts conventional push-pull. The circuit design is shown in the figure below. DC-DC-circuit-schematic.pdf (115.8 KB, downloads: 100)
Schematic diagram of the front DC-DC circuit driver board. It has functions such as undervoltage, overvoltage, overcurrent protection, and overcurrent protection. The rear DC-AC schematic diagram adopts a conventional circuit, which is an additional high-voltage detection circuit. When the DC voltage is higher than 240V DC, the auxiliary power supply is connected and the rear circuit starts to work. During debugging, when the auxiliary power drops, add the function of shutting down the SPWM drive circuit to prevent the inverter explosion accident when the auxiliary power drops but the DC voltage is still high. By adding this function, the power inverter can be shut down when short-circuited. The circuit design is shown in the figure below. DC-AC-circuit-schematic.pdf (132.52 KB, downloads: 81)
SPWM drive circuit board, EG8010+I2110, is used to detect the voltage drop of short-circuit protection. The specific design circuit diagram is shown below. SPWM-driver-circuit-schematic.pdf (115.7 KB, downloads: 72)
