If I make a circuit board according to this simulation diagram, can I just connect the power supply and measure the LED light? If I don't want it to light up immediately after powering on, how can I modify it so that it can actually be used? Can you describe what changes need to be made? Thank you

MCU needs to be programmed to work, it does not work just by connecting the hardware circuit and powering on. As for changing the function, some only need to change the software, while others also involve hardware.

The figure does not indicate whether the digital tube is common cathode or common anode, so it is assumed to be common cathode. It is a bit dangerous to directly drive the common end of the digital tube with the microcontroller I/O port line. Although it will not burn the chip, it may have exceeded the chip's allowable value.

The picture is too small to see clearly. All IOs are high level by default. All should not light up after power-on. It is a software problem.

One end of the LED is connected to the power supply, and the other end is connected to the resistor in series to the microcontroller pin. The program controls the pin level.
