Regarding the high frequency transmission circuit problem, please help! [Copy link]

The voltages at both ends of capacitor C114 are different, the left end is 3.3V and the right end is 3.0V. Can this circuit be turned on? The signal transmitted is a high-frequency signal.

"The voltages at both ends of capacitor C114 are different, 3.3V on the left and 3.0V on the right." I think 3.3V and 3.0V are DC voltages to ground. Since "high-frequency signals are transmitted", it doesn't matter much. As long as the signal frequency is high enough, the capacitive reactance of C113 and C114 will be small enough.
