Looking for a two-way PWM signal generator that can be set to orthogonal? [Copy link]

Looking for a two-way PWM signal generator that can be set to orthogonal, with an output peak-to-peak value of 5V, and preferably one that can directly output 24V, to be used as the AB pulse train setting. I wonder if there is such a device in the forum?

PWM means "Pulse Width Modulation", which is a signal with a constant frequency and an adjustable duty cycle.

You want "two PWM signal generators that can be set to orthogonal", and the phase difference between the two channels obviously needs to be adjustable. Should the duty cycle be adjustable?

If the duty cycle is not required to be adjustable, there is a phase-shifted full-bridge control chip UC3879 that can achieve adjustable phase difference.

For testing purposes, the frequency must be changed. If the frequency is less than 1M, I can make one for you.

Also, what is the frequency accuracy?

The frequency is 50K, the two signals are orthogonal, and the frequency accuracy should be below 0.2%, and below 1% is barely acceptable; and the two frequencies can be set to change together, the orthogonal relationship remains unchanged, and the output can reach 5V differential or 24V collector output;  Details Published on 2024-11-1 17:11

Of course you can. I have had this requirement and have made a plan. It is no problem to implement it.

I have also searched for related products on Taobao. Either a separate signal generator is used, the two output signals are synchronized with the same clock, or the signal generator is more expensive and larger in size.  Details Published on 2024-11-1 23:07

Generally, 24V power supply is sufficient. The power supply does not need to be displayed. Can the parameters set be displayed? The output size of the two-way frequency  Details Published on 2024-11-5 13:08
