Chip model query [Copy link]

There is a chip with the silk screen printed with B11AT, 811AT, T or j. The package is SOT23-6. Judging from the peripheral circuit, it should be a DCDC power chip. The problem is that I can't find the corresponding model no matter how hard I look.

Dear all-mighty netizens, do you know what movie this is?

Fortunately, there are many alternative packages. They are basically made in China. It takes time to find the model number. If you really want to find information, you can go to the websites of major domestic DCDC manufacturers to look for comparison information.   Details Published on 2024-10-30 11:51

If you are sure it is a DC chip, you can copy down the circuit diagram first. Many SOT23-6 DC chips are compatible, so find a similar DC chip to compare.

If you want to guess the input voltage from this material, then I will think of other ways.  Details Published on 2024-8-30 08:56

Isn't it enough to just power it on and test it? Do you suspect that the device is broken?  Details Published on 2024-9-1 18:57

It's not broken. I guess it's DCDC and the circuit is BUCK. The power-on test is normal, but I can't find the model.  Details Published on 2024-9-2 08:52

After washing it, I saw that the model number was B110T or 8110T and the T was at most 7. Anyway, I just couldn't find it.

Copy the circuit first according to the peripheral components and circuit board. This circuit looks very simple. Measure the output voltage and combine it with the feedback resistance value in the figure to find the corresponding buck chip.
