Si24R2E: 2.4GHz, active RFID tag chip with built-in MCU features and application selection [Copy link]

Overview of Si24R2E:

Si24R2E is a chip that works in the 2.4GHz ISM band. It is specially designed for low-power active RFID applications and integrates an embedded 2.4GHz wireless RF transmitter module, a 128-time programmable NVM memory module, and an automatic transmitter controller module. The operating frequency range is 2400MHz-2525MHz, with a total of 126 1MHz bandwidth channels. The internal integrated high PSRR LDO power supply ensures stable operation within a wide power supply range of 1.9-3.6V.

About Si24R2E package: QFN20/4*4*0.8mm

In actual production, because the peripheral circuit of Si24R2E is relatively simple and does not require programming, it has a higher yield rate, stable output, and can be produced in large quantities, solving the problems users face in label research and development and production.

In addition, the application cost of the Si24R2e system is very low. It does not require an external MCU and can form an active RFID wireless data transmission system with only a small number of peripheral passive components.

About the application direction of Si24R2E:

Low power active RFID tag system

Electric bicycle anti-theft system

Smart Campus Card Management System

Fixed assets supervision system

Intelligent parking lot management system
