A6166 Low-Cost 16V/2A Synchronous Step-Down Converter

Overview:

The A6166 is a high-efficiency 2A synchronous rectifier step-down converter with a low internal resistance power switch MOS integrated inside, which makes the peripheral devices very small. The device provides two operating modes, PWM control and PFm mode switch control, which can achieve high efficiency operation over a wide load range. The A6166 requires a minimum number of readily available standard external components and is packaged in a 6-pin SOT23 package.
