There is more than one switching power supply in the picture, so it is impossible to say what topology this power supply circuit is.

The connection method of TL431 in the red box in the figure is wrong. Due to the existence of capacitor C22, TL431 cannot work at all because there is no DC path.

It's not complicated at all. There are two switching power supplies in the picture. The two switching power supplies have different topologies, so it's impossible to say which topology this power supply circuit is.
