It was working fine before, the program was basically not modified. When I burned the program once, I added a heat insulator to the computer and then connected the data cable, so the program could not be burned in.

An error message appears: Error: Flash Download failed - Target DLL has been cancelled

After connecting the data cable, I can't see the port in the debug of Keil, and I can't see it in the computer device manager. I want to ask if the experts have a solution?
