JLINK V8 is not recognized [Copy link]

My JLINK v8 is not recognized, I searched for solutions online.
First short ERASE, then short TST, I did it according to the instructions on the Internet.
Installed the software

I used the first software

Select AT91SAM7S64,

Click to connect

It says the ID is incorrect.
I use the second software and
open it first.

After plugging in JLINK, the programming button does not become effective.
I selected auto-mode, then cancelled it, and the programming button became effective, but it
does not respond when I click it.

Someone said to delete the previous file

As a result, the connection is gone.

What should I do? Please help me, thank you.

I have always used the V9 version, but I don't know much about V8. I don't know what's going on.  Details Published on 2023-6-4 17:17

I had a Jink before, and the BIOS kept dropping. It burned for a while and then dropped again, and burned again. It's been many years. I don't remember how it burned. Please try more.

Anyway, as long as you write the program correctly, it will be OK.

Several JLinks have broken, and I haven't thought about repairing them, but I haven't thrown them away either. Are you reburning the firmware?

First make sure that the J-Link V8 is properly connected to the computer and the target device, and check whether the various connections and plugs are working properly.

No matter what target device is connected, the firmware will be erased.  Details Published on 2023-5-30 10:55
